Bella stanza singola con armadio a muro 4 stagioni, molto tranquilla perché affacciata sul cortile interno. La stanza è dotata di bagno privato (doccia, WC e lavabo). L'appartamento è molto grande (120 mq) e in ottimo stato, settimo piano con ascensore, composto da 3 stanze + ampio salone, cucina abitabile con verandina, 2 bagni (di cui uno privato per la stanza in affitto), completamente accessoriato (lavatrice, internet wi-fi, TV...). L'edificio è elegante, con portineria aperta mattina e pomeriggio, sito in quartiere signorile, tranquillissimo anche la sera tardi, e molto ben servito con commerci e servizi di ogni genere, c'è anche una piscina coperta proprio sotto casa. L'appartamento è occupato anche da altre 2 ragazze lavoratrici sui 30 anni. Immediate vicinanze metropolitana linee rossa MM1 e verde MM2, passante ferroviario a pochi minuti a piedi. La stazione Centrale è a 10 min a piedi o a 2 fermate in tram/bus. Prezzo 540€ al mese circa, spese condominiali e riscaldamento inclusi. Le spese di utenze e pulizie sono a parte. No breve periodo.

Nice, sunny and quiet single room with big wardrobe and private bathroom (shower, WC, washbasin) in very large (120 sqm), renovated and clean flat, seventh floor with lift, 3 bedrooms in total, a large living room and a fully fitted and large kitchen with small veranda, 2 bathrooms (one of which is private for the room for rent), all amenities available (washing machine,wi-fi, TV)... Very elegant building with porter all day in a central and lively neighborhood of Milan full of shops, everything you need is on the doorstep and the area is quiet and secure late at night. The flat is shared with two other Italian working professional females in their late twenties - thirties. 2 mins walking distance to the metro stations Lima (red line n°1) and Loreto (green line n°2). Central train station, where also the buses for the airports start, is only 10 mins walking distance or 2 bus stops away. About € 540 per month heating included, other bills not included. No short period.
